She is the oldest of the antediluvians. When she was born Nihilism created the The Hollows. When she was 500 years old she was allowed to enter the Hollows. They reacted in a most unusual way when she entered the landscape transformed creating the spoked hub that exists today. In the center of the spoke is the The Timeless Hollow Erotl's realm.
When any creature dies it soul travels across Cosmic Flow When it finally reaches the other side they are funneled into the Timeless Hollows and travel to Erotl's palace where they will be judged and sent to their afterlife.
