race features:
Breath Weapon. Cold 15' cone (Con. save). When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. You can use your breath weapon once. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or Long Rest. You get one additional use at 6th, 11th, and 16th level.
Damage Resistance. You have resistance to cold damage.
Winter Predator. You have a burrow speed of 30 feet in ice or snow. They can move across and climb icy surfaces without needing to make an ability check. Additionally, Difficult Terrain composed of ice or snow doesn't cost it extra moment. You gain tremorsense out to 60 feet when you are submerged in Ice or Snow. Accustomed to digging and the long nights of the south, you have superior vision in dark and dim Conditions. Your darkvision has a range of 120 feet. You can see through ice, cold water, mist, and fog as if it were clean air.
Primal. You have proficiency in Survival.
