A revenant of... something. Whatever he was before is unable to be identified since he is practically a slime substance, and is barely able to make one limb at a time.

Personal history
Syndarus is said to have started the Machina Muerte upon Industriae's founding. He has been a revenant for as long as the city itself has existed. He desires one thing, and that is vengeance. It isn't known exactly what he wants revenge for, but it is clear he wishes to destroy the Mechanites because of it. At one point he met KI-NA, a warforged who wanted nothing more than to watch the world burn, and saw the chance for a perfect front for his organization.
Very few people know Syndarus even exists, the ones who do primarily being KI-NA and the other major officials of the faction. This way he can run things behind the scenes and not have his planning interrupted.
