Whether in the deep jungle, barren desert, or frozen tundra, the creatures of the world are Vontar's children. A pious hunter pays respect to Vontar before beginning the chase, or makes an offering from what they catch. Troubled travellers hope to keep predators at bay with generous tributes. Vontar embodies the violent freedom of the wild. His temples are not found in cities, and are rarely more than small consecrated shrines, normally far from civilisation.
