Deep in the Abyss, Zenk hold mastery over the chaotic melee around him, abusing his power freely and devouring the souls collected in an attempt to please him. Those who would tribute Zenk send mortal souls to him through battles of senseless violence and foul rituals.
Zenk was separated from Apdos at the end of The First War; an extraction of the dark emotions that had driven Apdos' greed. Xoorr and Udur cast this essence aside, but it coalesced in the Abyss and thus Zenk was born. His hunger drives his madness - some divine scholars believe Zenk could have the power to overthrow the Nine and consume the Material Realm itself, if only he could be satisfied for long enough to act.
