Elmindra Nightbreeze
When she was young, Elmindra claims to have received a vision from Lolth calling her to the priesthood. Before this fateful day, she and Drusilia were thick as thieves, seldom seen apart, but the bonds of sisterhood have no place in the designs of the Spider Queen. Even since, she has remade herself in Lolth's image, learning the Web of Lies forwards and backwards. She loves Lolth with all her heart and feels her presence in all of creation. All drow deserve Lolth, as only she knows what can fill the hole in their hearts. To this end, she has devised what she calls the "Ninefold Stratagem" to realize her goals.
Elmindra is attended by her personal manservant, a bald duergar called Tor, whom she dotes upon like a pet. She personally lobotomized Tor with an exquisitely painful cocktail of venom, leaving him perfectly complacent and subordinate to her wishes.
