Hillmantle Dairy Farm

The Hillmantle Dairy Farm is the foremost purveyor of milk and milk-adjacent commodities in Cormyr. It has been run by the Hillmantle family of Suzail for five generations.
Despite the name, the Hillmantle Dairy Farm is actually a collection of several farms operated throughout the Cormyrean countryside, each bearing the Hillmantle brand and overseen by the namesake family. These multiple locations allow complete market saturation in every city across the nation without compromising quality of the fresher products (milk, cream, etc.). The hardier products (cheese, butter, etc.) are exported for sale in nearby countries in addition to being sold domestically.

History

The first farm which would begin the Hillmantle empire was a humble enclosure owned by Maeve and Cedric Hillmantle. With a single cow to their name, the young newlyweds began selling homemade butter in the town's marketplace. As their family grew, so did their dairy herd - after all, they now had more hands to help with the milking!
Subsequent generations of Hillmantles expanded on the business, adding products to the line and increasing the size of the farm. Third generation Hilda Hillmantle was the first to purchase land outside of the original plot.

Modern Day

The business is currently run by Alistair Hillmantle and his wife Eloise. Alistair's younger sister Bethany handles the export business.
Alistair is grooming his son Hubert to take over for him. However, he worries that his son may not have the force of personality needed to succeed in the cutthroat world of lactose dealing.
