Kingdom of Many-Arrows
Uniting the orcish tribes of the north is no simple feat, orcs have big egos and even bigger axes to grind. But King Obould somehow did it, defeating each warlord, chieftain and champion to bring their tribes under his command. Orcs respect strength above all things and Obould proved to be the strongest orc of all.
Many-Arrows functions much like any other nation, her people toil and pay tribute to their king, if in the peculiar orcish way. Civilization does not come naturally to orcs and there are still some growing pains that come with being a major power in the Silver Marches.
Demographics
Many-Arrows is populated primarily by orcs and half-orcs, along with smaller populations of goblins, bugbears, humans and orges.
Government
Many-Arrows is an absolute monarchy, ruled entirely by King Obould and his family, but they are advised by the Clan Mothers.
Infrastructure
Most of Many-Arrows is undeveloped wilderness, with only hard-packed dirt roads connecting permanent settlements. These "villages" more closely resemble the war-camps of a marching army, with hundreds of tents and makeshift huts clustered together in a clearing. These settlements are semi-nomadic, picking up and moving nearby depending on weather, game or other circumstances. The only truly permanent habitation is Dark-Arrow Keep
