Larissa knew from an early age that she could have, in theory, chosen to slack off as the younger child of House Montaigne. The weight and expectation of being an heir was not on her shoulders and maybe other children in her position would have taken that as an excuse to indulge themselves in whatever vices they wanted. Not so with Larissa. She excels at whatever she puts her mind to and her naturally competitive (but good natured!) personality never lets her hold back on anything she does. That includes everything from sword training to horseback riding to her grades when she was younger. While she may not be as fervent a follower of Tyr as her father, she is no less eager to follow in her father’s footsteps. Especially having been raised on so many of his stories of his old glory days. She and Tully are close friends, with her sunny disposition counterbalancing his cooler head.
