Mainu, the Queen of the Rivers

Mainu, the Queen of the Rivers, often referred to as simply "The River Queen", is the leader of the Aldani tribe located in Chult's aptly named Aldani Basin.
Although The River Queen was once Aldani herself, she transcended her original form to become something more.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

The queen is not so much a creature as an element. She appears to be made of constantly flowing splotches of dark water, the shapes swirling to create a feminine form.

Facial Features

A pair of golden eyes gleam from the depths of her inky, watery form where an ordinary creature's face would be.
