Elam-dalharen (É-lahm-dahl-hahrenne)
An informal council, the Elam-dalharen represent the 6 oldest houses of Zilvra, those who first plunged in its depth to found the cities that now flourish beneath the earth. Though they are not explicitly the leading force of the country, their status as founders and their reach makes them practically untouchable and influential in Zilvran society and politics.
