King Katsaros

AKA Evander Katsaros, Captain Katsaros, The Dread Pirate Katsaros, The Pirate King, King of the Scattered Isles
Born at sea to an Artillarist in D'allahn's navy on December 16th, 367 TA, Evander Katsaros spent the first half of his life facinated with explosives.
In 385 TA, then an Engineer of 18 years, Katsaros joined his childhood friend Cid the Kid and the Bahn Sidhe of Barcombe in a siege of an orc band wholed up in Dylan's Heel.
