Dylan's Heel
Dylan's Heel is a minor coastal citadel on the North-eastern cape of Tircanol.
D'allahn Rhywddryll is presumed to have been born here in the year 345 of the Second Age to the Althing Andreas and an unnamed wilder Elf who were both destroyed in a fire. He was awarded Stewardship of his namesake citadel for deeds performed in service to the Etharch of Lower Tircanol as a Lord Protector.
In the year 192 of the Third Age, Dylan was coronated the one Etharch of Popeth, receiving the sapphire diadem of upper Tircanol and the emerald diadem of lower Tircanol.
In the year 394 of the Third Age, an adventuring party consisting of the Bahn Sidhe, Cid the Kid, and the Dread Pirate Roberts cleared a band of orcs and a nest of great spiders out of the abandonned citadel.
