Dispater

Dispater is lord of Dis the Second Level of Helland archdevil of Pride. Once Samuel's greatest scout and information gatherer Dispater was found guilty of being overly prideful in his ability, bosting that he could find any information and get anyone to make a deal with him. Despite this guilt Dispaters abilities were not with out merit though. For this reason he was made the master record keeper of hell or at least the main face of the hells dealmakers, most diabolical contracts are made between mortals and Dispater or at least one of his agiants.
