Sigmar vi Antosha Romanoff
Sigmar was the crowned prince or Velikiy Knyaz at the time Roma, Albion's capitol was attacked and taken over by an Adult Dragon. It was his fathers death a failure to protect the city that allowed Count Joseph Roamansky to come in with The Inquisition and Church of Radiant Light and take over. It did not help that the prince was only 18 at the time and unmarried at the time, thus further making the case that, along with his grandfather Roman also having passed, the young prince was not able to take the throne. All and all Sigmar was sent into exile unable to collect founds and a prince in name only until he met the conditions of the throne. but even then Sigmar found his path made difficult by the actions of the Inquisition. As the Inquisition made aiding him nearly financially impossible for those dukes that still sided with him.
He would travel to Vel in hopes of finding aid, what he found instead was a new respect for life.
