Titan's Council

Unlike the other nations of Vail, Titan’s Grave is one ruled by a mixed council of the religious factions that still call the city home. While the council rules in tandem mostly concerning itself with only the area around their temples the council is lead by an elected official from among its members. However for the last 50 years this individual has abstained from participating in the bureaucracy of the "holy city", claiming that the council cares more for its place of power on the world stage then the good it should be doing. pointing to their continued inaction to deal with Evaro. while this person still hold a swing vote they choose to remain outside the city till chose a time as the cities paladins and clerics remember their oaths and vows to protect the world.
