Scarlet was found North of Windusk, Kansas she was brought to the Reign Institute at 10 years old as her powers were very pronounced allowing her to influence the minds of others by being near her. She quickly became popular at the Institute her Milo Angel and Charli became fast friends until they had a falling out.
