The real identity of The One. Escanor considered himself a cursed child for most of his life. His power came from neither his mother nor his father. It wasn't until he met his best friend who wasn't afriad of him or his power. Escanor considers himself the pinnacle of humanity, however he believes his best friend is the only one worthy of being stronger than him. He never had a chance to fight the Ultimate Hero, but it's theorized that he might be stronger than even him.

He never had a secret identity, because he figured that knowing his real name wouldn't change the outcome of the fight; he'd still win.
