Wilhelm Kantor
Wilhelm Kantor was a prominent German scientist that the U.S. government employed to help them create their very own Metahuman, as he was a prominent genetic scientist specifically in the field of metahumans. Despite being a famous scientist, not much is actually known about him. He's known as the "Father of Metahumans", as because of his cutting edge science, metahumans were able to be created.
Nowadays, there are certain historians that look back on his actions and have differing thoughts than are what is taught in most schools. These historians believe that Kantor's actions directly lead to and accelerated the beginning of the Super War. However, no matter what his actions truly were, the Super War was probably going to happen regardless of his involvement or not.
