Isam Derr, an extra large member of his race: Obsidiman. He currently lives within the Throal city of Wishon. How he remains active and doesn't slip into hibernation like many of his race when underground for a long period of time is a mystery.
He is the "uncle" of Gram , the horrorstalker.
Sargent Manacor Drake  and himself arranged the Lightbringers to "accidentally" bump into the Prince while he was incognito.
