Tylia, Female troll wizard that run the The Restless Troll . She is one of Torgak's crew. It appears that she is very familar with a windling warrior by the name of Tinserin. A windling that looks a lot like Aerth and Vin. She has a face that could stop an arrow in flight, she enjoys taking care of down on their luck adepts. She oftens gives out a free meal of her famous "Sticky Buns" with some water, urging those that she knows the look of to take a job with the Throalic express and the leave the ruins to someone else. At the end of the day, she gives all the unsold buns to the temple of Garlen.
