Nebehesi
Nebehesi is of the Ones Within, a minor deity who gave mortals the power of vampirism. Originally, Nebehesi strictly refused to give her powers to men, but Bellus Vrakis gave it to all when he stole her powers from her, and she has since come around to influencing all of mortality.
Nebehesi's domain is in Hemathora, upon Shanor, where she rules the blood-drinkers. They are locked in ever-combat with Vrakis' undead.
