The Norskolt are a people with a long tradition of piracy and raiding, and both their associated provinces in the Commonwealth are still ruled, majorly, by Old Faith practitioners. They show fealty to
The Prime Canon for the sake of the state, but are often quite independent-minded, and have historically led many movements of dissolution and secession among the Protectorates.
