Tal-Katha
Tal-Katha is of the Ones Within, a minor deity who is the patron of snakes, typically depicted as a young woman whose skin is golden and whose eyes are snake-like. She governs over the domains of mysticism, intrigue, and seduction, and is the right hand of Nebehesi. She is the mother of Asplings, though she is content with leaving them to their own fates and watching from afar, rather than influencing them in any direction.
