Palace of Stars
Purpose / Function
Despite what the name might suggest, the Palace of Stars is a public observatory on the highest peak of Starharbor. It used to attract a lot of travellers before the rise of the Necromancer Tyrant. Nowadays it is mostly visited by the locals, especially the children, as there is no entrance fee. The Palace of Stars relays mostly on the resident magic users and donations of the people to stay in its pristine condition.
