William Dawncrest

History

William Dawncrest is the late governor of Starharbor. He was born in 718. He was a mischievous child, always slipping his guards to explore the city and play with the kids of the working class. One day, when he was five, he went missing while playing near Mistbay. When he did not return home that day and none of the guards could find him, his father hired a party of adventurers to find him and return him to the Governor's mansion. At the age of twenty, he married Evalina Emberstar. Six years later, they had a child, Griffin Dawncrest. His wife died during childbirth, leaving him to raise the child and govern the city alone. After the death of his wife, he busied himself with work where he could, spending the majority of his time governing the city, leaving the upbringing and education of his son to a nanny, Cecilia Parson.
He died in year 772, the cause of his death is unknown.

Appearance

William Dawncrest was of average height and build, full short grey hair, a beard, and chocolate brown eyes. He wore fine but not opulent clothing.

Personality

He used to be a cheerful man but the death of his wife broke something in him. It was rare indeed, to see him genuinely laughing or enjoying himself. While not as kind as his wife, he was a just governor, who always listened to the wishes of his people.
