SKYCOACH CRASHES IN UPPER TAVICK'S LANDING

Early in the afternoon on Wir, a small skycoach careened out of control into the dome of city-renowned Sigmund's Therapy Practice. The Sharn Watch was quickly on the scene to clear the surrounding area, and to remove any debris found. There were several eyewitnesses, including 43-year-old stonemason Bill Vyrin.   "Well, I did see the skycoach staggerin' it's way through the sky, it looked like it wasn't being piloted correctly," said Bill. "It looked almost like it'd been bein' chased by these ugly oversized birds."   There were indeed sightings of the large birds, thought to be the wild quetzalcoatlus, which have not been seen in Sharn by any recent account. The cause of the crash is yet unclear, though it is not unlikely that it could have been yet another strike team sent on behalf of Droaam. Investigators are pursuing the case, as there were several individuals seen descending from the crashing airship.   "Hasn't seen them before, myself," says eyewitness Bill Vyrin. "I didn't spot any official clothing on none of them, but I did speak to a rather nice young man. He was a bit out of breath, and said they were being chased by the birds when their pilot abandoned ship. Makes sense, as the darn thing was spiraling way out of control for most of the time I seen it. Not sure what happened to that fellow."   Several eyewitnesses saw several kobolds dismounted from the quetzalcoatli, and indeed two bodies were found near the scene of the incident. They have yet to have been identified, but bear the dress and gear of mercenaries.   Other eyewitnesses claimed the individuals to be the same seen defending the city in theĀ Battle of Upper Dura, and later found to be responsible for the ravaging of the warehouse in Middle Tavick's Landing. The motives of these individuals remains to be seen, but it seems a path of destruction seems to follow them wherever they go. Sharn Inquisitive reporters were unable to locate the group, nicknamed the Crypt Crew, for a comment.   Sigmund's Therapy Practice was seemingly unharmed in the incident. Sigmund declined to comment outside of providing a business card.

NEW MESSAGE STATION INSTALLED IN LOWER TAVICK'S LANDING

Sharn Council member Bianca Valentino has worked with House Sivis to finally install a message station in the Founding district in Lower Tavick's Landing. The districts is one of the poorest in the city, and Councilwoman Bianca has worked tirelessly to improve it ever since she started representing the ward of Tavick's Landing. Sharn Inquisitive interviewed the Councillor on the new development.   "Communication should not be a question of class divide," said Councilwoman Bianca. "The upper wards in every division have message stations everywhere, but is this fair to the citizens of the lower wards? What of those that have neither the means nor the time to travel to the upper wards, just to send a message? Lower Tavick's Landing is in a phase of rebuilding, rebuilding to escape the preconceived notions associated with a lower ward. We can now only hope that Councillor Hruitt follows suit."   Councillor Hruitt declined to comment.   "We hope to continue the spread of the message stations throughout the city," House Sivis said in a statement. "It is excellent to see the success of our outreach programs in continuing our integration with Sharn, and even Breland as a whole."   The installation of the message station is yet another facet of the Dragonmarked Houses' significance to the city of Sharn. The Twelve is rumored to, in collaboration with the Sharn Council, have approved the deployment of several Deneith guards to the upper wards in the case of another Droaamic attack.
