Councilor Kilk
Councilor Kilk is the elected representative of Lower Tavick's Landing in Sharn. He has served on the Council of Sharn his entire adult life, and has long been an advocate for the rights of changelings and warforged (though it is unclear if this is due to his personal morals or to continue to secure the votes of his constituents).
Not much is known about this man aside from his workings with the Council. A private man, he has been known to dabble in painting and his relationship with Myri Olar.
