The Chamber
The ruling council of the dragons. The eldest of each draconic species has a seat on the council as they are considered to be the wisest and most knowledgeable of the Prophecy among their kind. Each member is known by their name and the color of their species, e.g. Shatherth the Red. The Chamber have absolute rule over the dragons and, while deliberations may take a long time, their decisions are final and not to be questioned.
