Mordus' Bandanna

This sky blue bandanna never leaves the head of the scrappy magic item merchant Mordus Everdeen.
While wearing this bandanna, you can use an action to cast the disguise self spell from it at will. The spell ends if the bandanna is removed.
Once a day you can cast the spell Color Spray at 9th level without any spellcasting components. When cast in this way, the spell affects creatures in a 20 ft radius sphere around you and lasts for three rounds instead of one.

History

A creation of Mordus Everdeen himself, his trusty bandanna allows him to travel the world without his secrets being spilled. He is known to never be seen without it, and its colorful abilities are known to contrast with his not-so-colorful personality.
