Spellcasting. Steintler is a 10th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 19, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Steintler has the following wizard spells prepared:
- Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, light, mage hand, prestidigitation, thaumaturgy
- 1st level (4 slots): mage armor, shield, sleep, burning hands
- 2nd level (3 slots): misty step, suggestion, hold person
- 3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, fireball, fly
- 4th level (3 slots): greater invisibility, arcane eye
- 5th level (2 slots): synaptic static, wall of force
- 6th level (1 slot): disintegrate, chain lightning
Cunning Action. On each of his turns, Steintler can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action. Evasion. If Steintler is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails. Suprise spell attack (1/Turn). Steintler deals an extra 14 (4d6) damage when he hits a target with a spell attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of Steintler that isn't incapacitated and he doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll. If the spell can target multiple creatures, this effect can only apply to one creature once per turn.
