Lady Fiona Wachter

A charming, if not reserved, and quiet woman of nobility. Apart of the elite aristocrats of Vallaki Lady Fiona Watcher became head of the Watcher family after the death of her husband some years ago. Mother to two sons and a young daughter, Lady Fiona spends most of her day within her families estate, the Watcherhaus, reading and studying; occasionally putting on salons for her book club.

Lady Fiona is known for her keen intelligence and interest in the historical past of the valley, especially taking interest in pre Barovian rule. She has studied for decades on the past, meeting her late husband in the process, and has become an expert on the time. She has been known to sponsor adventurers to aid her in the finding and collecting of valuable artifacts from this time period, and has, on more than one occasion, sent adventurers into ancient catacombs believed to be entrances to the ancient labyrinths beneath the valley.

She is also well known publicly as a staunch advocate against the rule of the burgomaster, Vargas Vallokovich, believing the man to be an insufferable fool who continues to stifle the progress of the city. While she is not a supporter of the Church, she much prefers them over the fool.
