Vargas Vallokovich
Baron Vargas Vallokovich, burgomaster of the town of Vallaki, and professional festival thrower. He is constantly staging repeated celebrations to foster happiness, and his "All will be well" catchphrase has become a staple among the people; but not in the way he would like, instead a sad and tiresome punchline. The Baron himself like to prop himself up as a wonderful and charismatic ruler of the people of Vallaki, the one who is constantly throwing celebrations to improve the moral of people and keep the plague of The Scourge, touting himself on his good breeding and finely honed leadership skills. In truth, he is a ruthless heel with a brittle ego, who lashes out at anyone who pokes fun at his festivals or treats him with disrespect. He is described as egotistical, power hungry, and very controlling.
He has two pet mastiffs that follow him everywhere, as well as the infamous and murderous "law enforcer" named Izek Strazni.
His family consists of his wife, Lydia Petrovna, and his son, Viktor Vallokovich, which he uses to help facilitate his public image.
