Phlegethan Hospital

On the outskirts of Port-a-Lucine’s poorest district lies a dismal and dilapidated institution known as the “Phlegethan Hospital.” This institution serves as a grim reminder of the hardships faced by the less fortunate in a place where decadence and indulgence casts its shadow upon the poorest citizenry.   The Phlegethan Hospital is a three-story building constructed from rough-hewn stone and timber, with a sagging, thatched roof that seems barely capable of keeping out the elements. Its walls are covered in a thick layer of grime and soot, and the once-vibrant paint has long since peeled away, leaving behind a weathered and dreary façade.
