History
Both Faith and Cherry were victims of the Fall. Whilst Faith perished in her home province in China, Cherry was a student at the University of Mars. The two met through their criminal careers, both serving in the Ghost Shadows gang. As two twenty-something fall victims with a passion for the arts, they immediately found common ground and quickly became firm friends. This friendship was only fostered by their workplace relationship: Faith as the action-oriented worker, Cherry as her eye-in-the-sky and active countermeasures agent. Whilst Cherry has never had any physical connections to Faith, she has come to value her as a best friend or sibling. Both are fiercely protective of one another in their own ways, even if Cherry's idea of protection is far less blunt and to-the-point as that which Faith offers.
