Averi Guild of Clayworkers
The Averi Guild of Clayworks is a clayworking guild based in Averum. The guild is made of up of clayworkers who ply their trade in numerous different fields, though roofers are the most common.
Structure
The Clayworkers Guild has few positions of any authority besides the guilds leader. Dubbed the 'Guildmaster Clayworker,' they are in charge of resolving all internal disputes and manage important tasks requiring the input of multiple guild members.
A fee of 42 gold is required to join, with a further 25 expected in annual dues.
Culture
The guild is composed nearly entirely of immigrants to Daugstad. Many of these members come from the regions around Alsassenland, Fulstrips mining regions, Nosteria and from the southern coast of Skortenia. Most members are human, though numerous gnomes, elves and dragonborn have been part of the guild.
