Darastri
The Shining Council founded Darastri on the premise that a land for dragonkind protected by dragons of strong fortitude and willpower will allow all those of draconic ancestry to prosper. Ensuring they built their civilization far from the reaches of man, they used a group of islands in the Great Maw as their home and prospered. They remain a somewhat isolationist group, though the dragons who live there are sure to welcome those with good intentions.

History
Darastri is only known country built by dragons, for dragonkind. Founded long ago after the Decline, a collection of metallic dragons saw the emerging human races and built their own society with the help of other dragonkind to ensure their prolonged safety from prejudice.
