Ki'klapsa

Terror of the Calm Waters; Ki'klapsa is a baron from Pluasis' Sahingdom. Ki'klapsa has few appearances on the surface world, mainly dwelling in the kingdoms settlements.

In his appearances upon the surface, Ki'klapsa acts as a warlord, having a penchant for raiding coastal communities, often tearing them to pieces in the process; with the barons attack on North Averland being a notable example.
