Pluasis' Sahingdom

Pluasis' Sahuagindom is a sahuagin kingdom spanning the entirety of Annachs Sea. Dotted throughout the sea are a number of outposts used to monitor the activity taken by surface dwellers. The king, Pluasis,' claims every coastline as his domain.
