Open Pouchlord

Amongst the Pouchlords of Averum, the only one whose identity is known publicly is the Open Pouchlord. The role of the Open Pouchlord is to act as a both a friendly face for the secretive oligarchical control the Pouchlords have on the city, while also relaying important information onto the rest of the cities organisation, along with its people.

Unlike the positions of other Pouchlords; where one can freely (and frequently) work otuside of the their role to the city, it is unconventional for an Open Pouchlord to work as anything but in the position as a Pouhclord.
