Pouchlord

A Pouchlord is the governing representative of any respective Pouchhold, as chosen by their fellow Pouchers members. They oversee internal disputes, organise contracts with external groups, and generally ensure that the artisans of each guild remain happy.
Each Pouchlord is normally a respected artisan themselves, though that's not always the case. Numerous Pouchlords that were not artisans have been appointed to the position. Pouchlord of such a breed are rare, and highly trusted by the Pouchhold they represent, as their more likely to be unbiased in any judgement made.
