Auhrun, Eastern Kingdoms

Auhrun is a large continent in the northeasters regions of Edica. It is the focus of the campaign currently and contains the most typical "Dungeons & Dragons" medieval european fantasy themes. This makes it a good starting region for players new to Edica.
The Eastern Kingdoms region refers to the many countries located in the eastern half of the continent. These include many countries populated by your classic D&D races. Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Halflings, and Gnomes.
The larger western half of the continent is controlled by the Hobgoblin legions of the Maglu Coalition, and the Orc hosts of the Tenger Tribelands. These two forces have been at war with each other for nigh on 60 years, and most of their peoples cannot remember a time when they weren't at each other's throats.
To the southwest, across the Embershard Sea, sits the tropical sub-continent of Zarakhim.
