Anemia Cerulis

Anemia was one of the advisors to Dayton Xander before the fall of Gylanese. She was the only one to survive the events of that night when Dayton confronted Zytekin the Forever Cursed. Since Gylanese's return, she has almost single handedly rebuilt the government and, while in theory Gylanese remains a mix between aristocracy and monarchy, many within and without its borders whisper that in truth Anemia is turning Gylanese into a dictatorship.
