Pronul

This city lies at the heart of Mel, under the shadow of the Helina Mountains. It's history is unusually since the capital of the nation was moved here after the Division War in Mel declared the original location to mark the border of Mel and Arelti. That former city is half in ruin since Mel's ruler, at the time, destroyed it in an act of vengeance before leaving it for Arelti.
