Once the center of the Circle of the 12 Seals in Sevrie, the Tower of Vacal has been abandoned in the wake of the Black Harvest's attack. Horrific noises and lights now burst forth from the tower at random, no doubt related to old wizard experiments run amuck in the absence of their grey-haired keepers.
