Description

A man of a pale and sickly complexion, he wears just a green suit. He sports combed back ruddy hair that is retreating from his forehead and thick mutton chops. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality

He is intelligent and cunning, though not so much so as he thinks. He will too often allow his rage to get the better of him when plans do not go his way. He believes his current post is below him and seeks to move up the ranks within the Circle.

History

The child of southern immigrants, he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
