"Kite World" is the fifth episode of Season 2 of the SpyWilliam123 YouTube channel. It was uploaded on Apr. 17, 2019.
Plot
The first half of "Kite World" takes place in Kite World. The video opens to a character who wants to change the fabric of his kite, but cannot do so because he does not know how to find the area or perimeter of the kite. The omnipresent being who the protagonist refers to as "Uncle Steve" tells the protagonist that he can help him find the area and perimeter of the kite. Before realizing who the being is, the protagonist draws his yardstick claiming to have previously been abducted by fairies. Steve explains to the protagonist who he is as well as how to find the area and perimeter of the kite. The next scene takes place within the Whiteboard Realm and follows the Ginger Ambassador as he works out and explains how to find the area and perimeter of a kite-shaped kitchen cabinet.Significance
"Kite World" is the first of three spin-off episodes within Season 2. As one of these episodes, "Kite World" does not revolve around any of the main cast members and rather follows the story of events happening elsewhere within the Eternal Fields. "Kite World" was also the first episode of season two to make use of a script and editing, instead of being improvised and non-edited. Although the editing was simple, both these factors still greatly increased the quality of the video. Story-wise, "Kite World" is the first episode to introduce the concept of fields within the season as well as giving us our first actual look at locations elsewhere within the universe. This video was, however, completely disconnected from the main storyline at the time of its upload and wouldn't be connected back to the main story until the release of "ILLEGAL ROCK FIGHTING TOURNAMENT."Appearances
