Vicar Velmut is a sixty year old Blooded Noble of the Council of Eight. High cleric of the First Church of Kings Watch, and high Vicar of the College of Priests in the Royal University. Velmut Von Ernstwulf is the elder cleric and religious advisor to Prince Jeggred. With a shock of white hair and beard, and brown deep-set eyes, Velmut makes more sounds and grunts than actually talking. His half elven lineage is marked with the elf side being of High Elven bloodline. He stands at 5'10'' and of stocky, but fit build.
Born of a high elven ambassador father, and a human mother, Velmut grew up under the robes of Ambassadors. A high talent for communing with nature and the gods, Velmut was accepted into the prestigious college of Priests and studied under top clergy and vicars of Kings Watch. Velmut's Father and mother funded and built the First Church of Kings Watch. Velmut joined many an excursion to the Gray mountains to clear out some ogres who invaded. As a retired adventurer, he took over duties within the First Church of Kings Watch. Soon he was recognized as a Blood noble, he was requested by Prince Jeggred himself to become his personal religious advisor. Velmut was granted position of High Vicar and became a seated member of the Council of Eight.
Vicar Velmut Von Ernstwulf heads the council of High priests of Kings Watch, as well as sits on the Council of Advisors, running the College of Priests within the University of Kings Watch.
Velmut is owner and wielder of the Staff of Pandorius. An ancient relic from the First Age that holds limitless power from the gods that formed Edus. Velmut wears the Feathered Robes of Gilnatrieyna, the magic vestments from an ancient silver Dragon King.
