He is a man in his mid-50s with short-cropped white hair and piercing blue eyes that seem to see straight through a person's soul. He carries himself with an air of confidence and speaks with authority, his deep voice commanding respect from all who hear it.

Rufus is a serious and dedicated man, who takes his role as the High Elesior very seriously.
