Arbiter

The diplomatic leader of the Ironwood Conclave. This position is chosen by a majority vote of the members of the Conclave.

Appointment

Every 5 years each member can bring a candidate to recommend for the position of Arbiter. The members debate and choose the new Arbiter.

Duties

The command of and maintaining of the Conclave Rangers, the small but elite standing military of the Conclave. Maintaining and ruling Whitepost.

Responsibilities

Ensuring fair dealings between the members of the Conclave. Informing and protecting its members from dangers within and without. May be given emergency powers and control of the military of the Kingdoms.
